Established in 1856 and often regarded as one of the best boarding schools in the United States, St. Paul’s School worked with CBT to provide a Masterplan for their Campus which involves New Construction & Renovation works at various scales with a mission to improve students’ & visitors’ overall campus experience as well as aligning long-term strategy of physical development of the school. This includes, but not limited to careful study of all Admin Buildings, renovation of Student Residence Halls, as well as the completion of Campus Quad.
Two featured projects include the Renovation & Addition of the School’s beloved Red Barn, in which the structure is reimagined to be Campus Welcome Center. Keeping its original Barn structure intact, CBT worked with the client to reimagine & modernize the space as the gateway to SPS experience, as well as improving overall MEP systems of the building while keeping its distinct character proud and intact.
The other project comprises renovation of various scales for the School’s ten Residence Halls, ranging from complete gut renovation to light FF+E refresh.
